A 31-year-old resident of Brooklyn told police that in the early morning hours of Sun., Jan. 15, he was at the Eagle Bar (554 W. 28th St.). While standing at the bar, the man was, as he describes it, “bumped” and “jostled” — then discovered that his iPhone 4S (valued at $649) had been taken from his right rear pocket.
ACCIDENT, 6:31 p.m. Jan. 29. Police responded to Cranbury Neck Road for a report of an overturned 2010 Mazda CX7. The only occupant of the vehicle, Wilson Lin, 18, of Plainsboro, had veered off the roadway, grazing one utility pole before striking another head-on, police said.
Hightstown Police said officers arrested Frank Sabler III, 26, of Edison Drive, East Windsor, at 1:22 a.m. Jan. 5 on Main Street. Mr. Sabler was charged with contempt of court after being stopped for speeding.
